Enquiry
Send the medium, working pressure, temperature and size. Our sales team replies within one sales working day, Monday to Friday.

Specification confirmation
The model, dimensions and options are confirmed against your application; a sample is arranged where one is needed.

Quotation and PI
Price, production period and the inspection and packing time are stated in the quotation or Proforma Invoice.

Production and shipment
Progress is updated at least weekly and at key milestones, then the batch is inspected, packed and shipped.
Payment terms. New customers: 30% deposit and 70% before shipment for regular production orders. Stock, large and custom orders follow their own agreed terms.
MOQ. Production MOQ is confirmed per specification; stock items can be bought in small quantities.
Samples. Standard samples are free within the approved allowance, with freight paid by the customer.

Release by quality personnel
Each batch is released by designated quality personnel against the agreed specifications, applicable standards and approved samples.

Four release milestones
The factory tracks four independent milestones: manufacturing completion, inspection passed, packing complete, and ready to ship.

Nonconforming batches are held
A batch that does not meet the agreed requirements is held and isolated from delivery; the factory proposes corrective action and the batch is released only after re-inspection passes.

Third-party inspection on request
Where third-party inspection is agreed in the order it is arranged as agreed, and test or certification documents are provided per model when confirmed evidence exists for that model.

Which hose ranges can I order in one shipment?
Six: hydraulic, industrial, PVC, pneumatic, auto rubber and ventilation hose. Cross-category and cross-size mixed orders are supported, and one sales contact handles the case from enquiry to after-sales.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no site-wide MOQ. Production MOQ is confirmed per specification; stock items can be bought in small quantities. A trial order below the MOQ is assessed by the factory and may carry a higher unit price or extra production costs.
What are the payment terms?
New customers: 30% deposit and 70% before shipment for regular production orders. Stock, large and custom orders follow their own agreed terms. The USD 3,000 PI total is the threshold between payment methods — it is not a site-wide MOQ.
How long does production take?
The production period runs in calendar days from the agreed payment milestone to manufacturing completion. Inspection and packing time is evaluated per order and stated in the quotation or PI, separately from the production period. Progress is updated at least weekly and at key milestones.
Can you supply under our own brand?
Yes — supply under our company brand, your brand (OEM), or neutral, by product or by order.
Do you supply hydraulic fittings or crimped assemblies?
No. Hydraulic hose is supplied only as bulk coils or cut lengths; hydraulic fittings and crimped assemblies are not supplied.
